HTML (Huggable Tags Must Love)
So okay, I've been updating my blogger with lots of cool stuff and basically am relearning the greatest language of all HTML! The weird thing is that I remember almost everything about it still even though I haven't used it since high school. I'm all like... hmm I wanna make a link on my sidebar with a picture attached to it... no problem, and voila there I have it. I think I may have actually listened to Mr. Figi (who likes to go to the libarry). But no matter how much I love this wonderful language, my first love will always be HyperCard.... ahhh onOpenStack... sigh. I am going to convince our scientific leaders that we should run all programs on HyperCard! They would probably have to switch over to Macs though because of the whole fact that I don't think they have HyperCard on Windows yet but that is okay with me. So I went to The House on the Rock a couple of weekends ago for Shanna's birthday. It was really neat, except for the fact that instead of putting cool stuff in there, they put over 6000 Santa Claus'. There's this giant Moby Dick room where moby is fighting this giant squid and there's Santa surfing on a wave! AHHH! Not to mention the fact that they closed down half the place for winter. Overall a good time was had by all and I bumped my head everywhere because the ceiling is only 6 feet high in most places. So now I'm working on a new a very dull and time consuming project. I'm going to put all of my pictures in an album on my computer via my scanner. It's going to be a long an tedious process but I am up for it. So today my mother called me which was kind strange because we haven't really spoken in like a year or so and invited Shanna and I for Thanksgiving at my grandmas house. I really really really really really don't want to go... but I feel obligated I guess. It's probably not my whole families fault that they are completely and utterly insane but I still think that they have a choice. I know when insanity was pushed upon me I just decided to leave instead of degrading my mental capacity. Anyways I'm not certain if I will go or I will bring Shanna over there.. she met my family before and they were more than happy to completely ignore her. And on top of that Shanna's family is having Thanksgiving at their house so I will probably be over there for most of the day. AHHH so frustrating! Oh well that's about all of my ramblings for today. Make sure to check out Esperanza's website http://hometown.aol.com/amberluvs2sing/index.html for a list of all of our events which start on November 30th.
Keep on Truckin'
Shawn
